We hire professional cleaners that ensure all surfaces are disinfected between each stay.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This spacious 4-bedroom home is perfect for your next meeting. Our home includes a dining table and several spaces to breakout. In addition to the dining room, our home has a kitchen with an eating area, front sitting room with space to add a folding table and additional chairs, 2 separate living rooms, and an enclosed patio. Located just minutes away from I-20 and 285, with access to both Stone Mountain and downtown Atlanta area attractions within a 20-25 minute drive. No parties or cooking allowed, unless prior discussed.

Parking description

Four vehicles can fit in the driveway. Additional on street parking is available.

General Rules

Smoking, vaping, or hookah are not permitted on the premises. Parties are not permitted on the premises. Loud music is not permitted on the premises. Pets are not permitted on the premises. Outside catering is allowed. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.

Security cameras and recording devices

For your safety, there are security cameras on the exterior of the home located in the front of the house and at the back entrance. In addition, there is a camera located inside the garage as we use Amazon in home delivery service.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
