About the Space

This is the home of the Ocean Beach Woman's Club, and our beautiful clubhouse is an affordable event venue located in Ocean Beach just 3 blocks from the ocean. We can accommodate 80 seated guests indoors, with a maximum capacity of 110. We have a garden and a kitchen. The space has been used for meetings, play rehearsal, parties and weddings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

Booking with faren was a good choice. The responsiveness to booking was great. The space did appear as advertised. It had everything you needed and cleaned upon arrival. The baby shower turned out really nice. Thank you!

Great space and great host that provided us with all the details and what was provided. Would definitely book again and recommend this place for any birthday parties, weddings, or baby showers.

Yes, I would book again.

The venue was just perfect for our event. We had about 60 people. Parking was difficult which was expected, but it was worth it. Loved the outside garden area to relax as well. Overall everything was wonderful and our guests were pleased as well. Thank you for your accommodation.

No, I would not book again.

Space itself was as described. Unfortunately we had a slideshow which was an important part of the event. We were brought our own AV equipment, but were told we did not need a screen. The space had one and would have it down for us. It was not down when we arrived and we were unable to contact anyone.

Great venue, beautiful, spacious, and clean. We booked for a birthday party of 60 people. Everyone had a place to sit, plenty of chairs and tables.

Amazing venue!! Outdoor space was so lovely, the indoor area was perfect for our small but wonderful wedding (about 75 people). Cannot say enough great things about my whole experience!
