Spaces are meticulously cleaned and wiped with bleach. Door handles are sprayed with disinfect spray. Disinfectant wipes are made available in all rooms in use. Spaces are cleaned before and after arrival.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Suburban Savannah Brown Stone is a residential home that works very well for dinner parties, baby showers, food and wine tasting. The space would include the living room, dinning room, and kitchen. The living room can seat 8 people comfortably and the dinning room seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings, oils, pots, pans, culinary knives, blenders, toaster ovens, kitchenmaid with attachments, and rotisserie machine! It also has an assortment of matching serve ware to impress and add ambience to any occasion!

General Rules

No smoking inside of the residence No violence or weapons are to be allowed inside of the property No one is allowed to exit the property with ANY items the did not bring in the house

All ages are allowed in the space

Front Porch doorbell camera only. Records only when the doorbell is pushed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
