Polished concrete floors and high ceilings, 275 sq ft stage with full AV capabilities. Space is set up for full, multi-camera recording and live streaming to any platform. Rear doors enter directly into the main space. Walk through door for general access and large overhead door for equipment loading/unloading. Main door enters into a bright reception room and lounge area separate from the main, 2500 sq ft space. Private green room and staging rooms available upon request. Parking onsite at front and rear of the building, unmetered street parking on surrounding streets, 2hr and 10hr metered parking 2-3 blocks away and all day parking structure at Water Garden office compound 3 blocks from our space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
