The property is professionally cleaned between bookings. There is plenty of outdoor space as well. A dumpster size garbage is provided for you. We ask you get all garbage to the dumpster out in driveway by little separate double garage. You must bring recycling with you because we do not have that service at the property. If recycling is in the dumpster, an extra fee will be charged. If using beds or linens please pile used sheets/tablecloths/towels etc near either of the washers. Please run dishwasher and wipe counters down, no food or dirty dishes left out bc we have finally managed the ant issue! If indoor or outdoor furniture has been arranged to accommodate whatever event/meeting you have please put them back how they were found.
