About the Space

A perfect place to film, retreat, reunion, small weddings, girls getaway, yoga, you name it! Mid century Ranch house with rolling lawns, cabins, out buildings, large grassy fields, wooded areas, lots of parking and much more. 20 minutes from downtown portland. Wedding & Event Family Getaway Ranch in SE Portland, Next to Leach Gardens and Lakeside Wedding Gardens, Lincoln Memorial Park and the Willamette National Cemetery. The Ranch has a main house with 3 bedrooms and 3 Baths, plus a bunkhouse with 6 queen beds, game room and full Bath. Indoor and Outdoor Dining for 50+ guests, fire pits, pond, and 4 optional rustic sleeping cabins (Three have queen beds, the 4th cabin has 2 single beds. accommodates groups of 24 plus overnight guests. (the Cabins have no power ). Wifi, Smart TV, Central Air, Indoor Fireplace, ample parking, stunning nature abounds. PRICES AS FOLLOWS: For larger overnight events, 2 day minimum. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
