About the Space
Multipurpose creative space that emphasizes dance and movement-based art. The space is on the ground floor, accessible, with high ceilings, and equipped with an ADA compliant restroom, water fountain and bottle filler. Professional audio speakers are available for use with all rentals. Supplemental lighting is available to rent for photo and video shoots.

Parking description
Street parking is easier on weekends and after 6 p.m. Difficult on our block because of an auto repair shop. Try within a five block radius.
General Rules
Masks and proof of vaccination are required in the space.
No smoking allowed.
No alcohol allowed in the space during class hours and before 5 p.m.
No children under 13 allowed without a parent or guardian present.
No tap shoes or stiletto heels allowed inside space with wood floors.

Health and Safety Measures
We keep air purified in the space at all times. Doors, sink, and handles are disinfected regularly between bookings. Free hand sanitizer is available in the lobby space. Floors are dust mopped, vacuumed, and wet mopped daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
