About the Space
Great Mexican Bar / Restaurant with small stage and fireplace. Great for filming or photoshoots. Outdoor patio available. Plenty of parking available. Space has a nice bar and seating. There is also a small stage in a corner. Space has bathrooms and rooms for make up and hair.

There are no windows in the space. The bar is darker and lit by various lights and lighting fixtures.

You cannot hear neighbors as much. The space is located on a busy street. There are no noises from appliances or AC.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded from the front door. There is no loading zone and the entrance does not require a ramp. Loading trucks can pull up to the door to unload but they will have to be moved after unloading.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use high quality very strong sanitizing solvents to wipe down all high touch surfaces. We clean before and after the use of the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
