About the Space

Tea house, perfect for INTIMATE gatherings such as tea tasting events, great for photo and video shoots, birthday parties and meet-ups. SPACE FITS 10-15 SEATED and can be arranged in many different configurations to meet your particular needs. High ceilings, great lighting, artistic, with cozy, welcoming vibes. There is space for catering however, we do not have a food prep kitchen. There is a sink, microwave, fridge, convection oven and bathroom available. Booking is for SPACE ONLY, additional food, desserts, tastings/workshops are add ons and available at ADDITIONAL COSTS and upon request. A host will be present when you arrive for your event. We will have the space set up for you prior to your arrival - food/catering set up is up to you. SPACE DOES NOT COME WITH SETUPS (CUPS/NAPKINS/PLATES/SERVEWARE) unless otherwise discussed in advance.There is metered parking available. Our space is available Sun - Tues and some evenings upon request. We REQUIRE A SITE VISIT prior to booking to get a clear understanding of your needs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking. Sweep or mop any spills. Wipe down table tops/counter tops when done. remove the trash that your event has created. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable Remove garbage and add new trash liners to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
