Luxury Suburban Ranch Home With Pool and Tesla Model 3

We are nestled in a highly sought after master planned community in Cypress, Texas. This one story ranch home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and over 2,800 square feet of space. Our focus is to provide you with a 5 star luxurious experience in a home away from home setting. We are located less than 7 minutes from the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, HEB, Kroger, Movie Theater, Restaurants and more. The property offers a flex room, office space, kids room, smart TV's, chefs kitchen, pool, spa and even a basketball court. We have a family friendly space that will prove to be a great option for any type of production, podcast, meeting, photo/IG shoot, staycation or retreat while visiting family or friend. We think you will appreciate all the amenities this home offers, and see that we are not your average property. You will have full access to 4 bedrooms that are well located, the Primary bedroom has a king size bed located at the rear of the home and has a pool view. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. We have one room that is set up to work well for family's with children. This room can sleep up to 5 total. The other two secondary bedrooms have a queen bed and can sleep 2 guest in each room. We can comfortable host 11 guest with the accommodations mentioned. Throughout the home you will find 6 total TV's for your streaming pleasure. We DO NOT have CABLE TV. We have a Tesla Model 3 for use should you wish to have it be apart of your experience, If you are interested in leasing the Tesla during your visit please reach out to me for details on booking. This booking will be at offered at a discount to our guest that book the home. Guest traveling with their own Tesla can take advantage of FREE CHARGING with the use of our Tesla Electric Vehicle Wall Charging System. The charging system is free to our valued guest. We do require you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled check in to notify us you will be bringing your Tesla. Please be advised that the Tesla Model 3 which does have full surround cameras is normally keep in the garage on location during most bookings. Our Pool & Spa will ONLY be heated during the winter months and by request. All other times the temperature will be based on the natural outdoor elements. The pool is not enclosed but open. This means when outside temperatures are in the 40's the pool/spa will feel like they are in the 70's. If you desire the pool or spa be heated during your stay please make arrangements with 48 hours in advance of your check in. The heater and spa jets will only be operated daily from 9am-9pm due to quiet hours. We have 5 Ring products on the property. Doorbell at front door, floodlights at driveway, basketball courts , near pool equipment and spotlight in backyard area. We also have a sign at entry door and pool area to make all guest aware of the ring surveillance. We use these devices for the protection of our property.
