About the Space
This is a space is owned + designed by a photographer who has hosted several photoshoots in her home - shoot content ranges from lifestyle, product, editorial, and food photography (examples include: candles, kitchenware, bedding, apparel, jewelry, home goods etc.). The space feels cozy, clean, and inviting and would be great for commercial work with enough space to host a team of people. There are two accessible bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living room, office space, bed room and sunroom available to use for productions. Great lighting streams through the house from sun up to sun down. Furniture is mid-century modern with Scandinavian accents.

Countertops and other surfaces will have been cleaned before and after every booking. House is cleaned on a regular basis even without bookings. Clients will have access to hand sanitizer, soap, and disinfectant wipes during the shoot. Please be considerate of the space and make sure to clean up after your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
