About the Space
Komorebi (the play of light through the trees) is a secluded 20 acre property nestled in an oak grove only five minutes to Historic Downtown Julian. The property includes a Main House overlooking a train track with Disney history and a cedar hot tub. Walt Disney's animator, Ollie Johnston formally owned the property. The train track on site used to be home to a live steam engine train by the name of 'Marie E' (named after Ollie's wife). Native American grinding holes can also be found onsite near the home.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
