Loft Conversion with Incredible Feature Bathtub

You can park on the road outside the house.

-New wooden staircase that is lit from above by a huge skylight. -Two enormous skylights sit in the tall sloped ceiling and give a view of the shard and Canary wharf lit up at night.  Brightest times are the morning but in the summer it's bright until evening

If the windows are open it is possible to hear outside noise. This is normal for London

Stairs, Ground Floor

No this is a terraced house. You can load unload in the front garden

Bedroom or bathroom please ensure no makeup is left on the floor

You can shoot anywhere in the loft apartment. However the rest of the house is not part of it. I will allow the exterior of the house to be shot though.

This loft has it's own circuit board separated from the rest of the house

1) No smoking or burning of anything I.e candles incense etc - I charge £500 if any smoking or burning has taken place on or in the property. No smoking in the front porch. 2) Check out is before 11am, a late check out fee will be applied if you overstay. £25 per hour. Early check-in must be agreed in advance and costs £25 per hour. 3) Quiet time after 11 p.m. (no use of the jacuzzi after 11pm - 8am). 4) If using sofabed you must ensure the mattress is protected any stains will be charged. 5) Please be mindful of energy usage, excessive use will be charged. If you turn it on turn it off. 6) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. £60 penalty 7) Front door to be closed at all times. 8) No access to any other part of the house except communal areas. 9) Please do not change the settings on the projector. 10) No parties or events. 11) If you don't know how to use it, please ask 12) Damaged or missing items, to be paid for by the guest 13) Jacuzzi to be used responsibly and left clean following the full instructions. 14) Loft blinds must be treated with care any breakage, damage will be charged. 15) No shoes inside the suite. 16) Please keep the suite clean and tidy 17) No movement of furniture 18) Commercial photography or filming to be checked prior to booking. 19) Guests should comply with the parking regulations.

Please ensure no marks on walls or stains on carpet by taking off shoes in the corridor. Please leave the loft as you found it.
