About the Space
If you need a rustic site with oak tree this is the place! We have had directors rewrite their scripts because they fell in love with this place. Levi's-global shot here - their directive was to find a place that could be anywhere in the planet and they said this property fit that description perfectly. We have hosted many film and photo shoots here and always do our best to help them have a successful shoot. We have numerous artistic hand-built cottages available for rental in this 13 acre park-like setting. Perfect for film and photography, the property is set back from the road with lots of rustic buildings and looks. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and the Valley, it feels like you are far off in the mountains. The main stone house and fireplace is over 100 years old. In addition to shooting the interior of a cottage your crew can discover the endless exterior possibilities.

What a fabulous place for a shoot. So many beautiful outdoor areas and the cabins are all very unique and eclectic giving real personality to your shots. Want to find something unique with trees and streams 30 min from santa monica? Come here. The hosts and team were so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely shoot here again.
