If you need a rustic site with oak tree this is the place! We have had directors rewrite their scripts because they fell in love with this place. Levi's-global shot here - their directive was to find a place that could be anywhere in the planet and they said this property fit that description perfectly. We have hosted many film and photo shoots here and always do our best to help them have a successful shoot. We have numerous artistic hand-built cottages available for rental in this 13 acre park-like setting. Perfect for film and photography, the property is set back from the road with lots of rustic buildings and looks. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and the Valley, it feels like you are far off in the mountains. The main stone house and fireplace is over 100 years old. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
