About the Space

This art filled space is perfect for Yoga and Free Form Dance. The spacious ground level studio is generously equipped for yoga with bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, straps and sandbags...all for comfort. The floors are cork (no shoes, please) and there are mirrors behind curtains on two walls. You will find two lovely bathrooms, a small kitchen and store, entry lobby and an an office used for check-in.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

We cannot thank Karen enough for the opportunity and privilege of renting her magnificent, high frequency space. It was simply perfect for our Self-Healing Seminar series. It is elegantly decorated, well designed and thoughtfully stocked with everything and anything you could need for a yoga/meditation/hypnosis/energy healing workshop: a sound system, bolsters, extra yoga mats, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area with a sink, and an incredible store with Karen's artistic creations and clothing items. She is the most courteous, hospitable, and generous soul. We highly recommend her classes/programs and space rental to others in our community. And we look forward to using her space again soon. This studio space is like none other! It is wonderfully laid out, with plenty of room for participants. What I really liked the most is how aesthetically pleasing and well designed this space is. It radiates love and positive energy. Karen is an exceptional host, as well as being a lovely person.

Karen was the most amazing host. Her space is absolutely stunning and peaceful. We were so happy to host a soundbath at her studio and everyone was also so happy with the amazing vibes the studio provided. Thank you again Karen!
