We have room for 8 to 10 cars for parking. Beyond that, there is plenty of parking down the road.

If there are any issues with something not working or if you have any questions about the Airstream or Joshua Tree in general, we're available. Please contact us via Airbnb site, text, call, or wave us down. We know some people would rather not be a bother, but we absolutely encourage you to reach out and ask for whatever you need. We're happy to accomodate and your experience is our priority. HOT WATER: In the bathroom, 3 black switches, right switch is for bathroom light. For hot water- place far left switch in up position, middle switch (propane) in down position. AIR CONDITION/HEAT: NEVER use cooking range burner to heat the Airstream. Thermostat located in bedroom above light switch. Turn on by pushing top left button. Adjust thermostat setting to desired temperature, leave on Auto. Please do not program. We’re happy to help if any questions. *If the A/C or heater isn't working, please check the electric fuse box below the dining table, second breaker from the top. INSIDE COOKING RANGE: Use exhaust vent everytime the range is in use (minimizes gas exposure). To light burner-turn knob to the "Lite" position, then turn/click starter knob (far left knob) to the right several times until burner lites. If stater knob fails to lite burner, a match or the long lighter provided can be used. **When using range or oven always use exhaust vent, ideally open a window as well** OVEN: To operate oven the pilot light must be lit with each use. To light pilot-open oven door, turn oven knob to "Lite" position, push knob in as you light pilot located in oven under center rack. When oven is shut off the pilot will automatically shut off. OUTSIDE GRILL: Turn knob atop large white tank clockwise to the right. Push and turn knobs to light grill. *If you're not able to get the grill or fire pit to work, it maybe out of propane. We have extra propane on hand. If you're a grill master and would rather switch tanks yourself, feel free. Otherwise we're happy to switch empty tanks. OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: Remove top cover, open side door, turn tank knob to the right. To light fire pit- Push in large knob (you'll hear gas), then push small starter button to the left of larger button to light. Once lit keep large knob depressed for a moment, then adjust flame. If tank empty, replace or contact us to replace. *What's that noise? The furnace which is in earshot of the bedroom, fires up occasionally to maintain available hot water. If this interferes with ability to sleep or if you're simply annoyed by this, you can switch off both black switches located in the bathroom into the down position. In the morning, switch back into the up position for hot water.
