The home is a classic Berkeley craftsman with wood furnishings and ceilings, well decorated, with a piano, dining room, kitchen, living room, etc. The house was previously owned by Ralph Gleason, the founder of Rollingstone Magazine and has a deep history of music within it. Many famous musicians have been interviewed in the house including Bob Dylan, Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Janis Joplin. It also has a luscious backyard with a fountain, pergola and fruit trees.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
