About the Space
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol, Alcohol may be served by a licensed vendor • Outside food is allowed • No kitchen available • Cooking and food preparation is allowed on site • Speakers, Projector, Television, Microphones • Music Rules: DJ and amplified music is allowed, Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers • Space Rules: Ticketed events are not allowed, Smoking is not allowed • Ideal space for: Social Parties (Adult Birthdays, Graduations, etc.), Banquet Events (Corporate Events, Charity Event, etc.), Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.) We offer several different layout options within our space depending on the event. With our full basketball court, the space can remain open for activities, or we can have tables, couch, and chairs for seating. The space has a container bar that includes seating for 8, along with a second level over the bar that overlooks the entire space. We have a 150" LED wall which can be split any which way to watch games or project accordingly. Lighting and be dimmed and intimate or bright. The golf simulator is the highest grade out there and offers all of the top courses in the country. This is a great space for birthday parties, wedding receptions or any corporate gathering.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space worked out perfectly for our post-wedding celebration. There was more than enough space for all of our family and friends, the attendant on site, was super kind and helpful, the the garage door was clutch in helping keep the ambiance lively and open to the outdoors while still feeling private. Our guests also constant remakes on how much the likes the venue as well. Would definitely recommend (and have already) to others!

This place was a hit for my husband's birthday. It was very spacious and great for all ages. Hosts were very accommodating and communication was easy. Parking was honestly not too bad. We had about 50 guests and we were told we needed security at night for larger parties FYI (which was provided by the hosts). Another FYI, if you want alcohol for guests, you would also need to hire a bartender (which hosts can also provide). I also like that if you don't want a lot of planning, they also have add-ons such as food, drinks, decorations, DJ, etc.

There was plenty of space for our guess to move around, we were able to use the jumbo screens to display sports events and our own personal videos. The host responded quickly. When ask questions about the event, the staff was very helpful and overall we all had a great time.

Can’t say enough great things about the space, and Annabelle, who is the venue manager. The space was ideal for our event, it was squeaky clean when we got there, and Annabelle was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Our team loved the set up, and they enjoyed all of the activities. I highly recommend the space for events!! We would certainly host events there again!
