Our 2,000-square-foot space in Greenwich Village, Downtown Manhattan, offers everything you need for a productive and comfortable gathering. The layout includes three versatile areas: a cozy lounge with comfortable couches, tables, and an office kitchen; a spacious room with exposed brick walls for flexible seating arrangements; and a bright, open conference room with exposed ceilings and some natural light. Additionally, the space is equipped with two bathrooms for your convenience. We provide stylish in-house furniture, including dining tables, modern white chairs, couches, and lounge seating. You’ll also have access to a projector, a coffee station with hot drinks, and parking options—metered parking is available, with a garage conveniently located across the street.

Our space is cleaned and maintained according to COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
