This is a 20,000 outdoor event space with automatic gates to hold your outdoor event. Plenty of parking. Perfect for Party, Concert, Film Shoot, etc. Complete privacy. We have a basketball net and foul-3 point line, 8 marked spots for parking, string lights for ambience, ping pong and corn hole available for activities. If you are a film crew there is plenty of space for catering trucks, wardrobe and talent trailers. No filming permits requried.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
