The distillery building is 1750 square feet the (19-29 foot ceilings), c In addition, there are 2 large roll up doors on either end of the building a This area was know as the Goodyear tract where tires were manufactured and taken by train across the US. Very photogenic and is essentially almost 5 locations in 1! Recently retrofitted, there 2 bathrooms are on site along with a security and sprinkler system.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
