Discounted rates are available for longer bookings—please inquire. Minimum booking: 4 hours recommended CLEANING & REPAINT FEES: Base Cleaning Fee: $80 (applies to all bookings). We clean, reset, and prep the space so you always. *Cyclorama Wall Use Repaint Fee: $150 (mandatory if used for foot traffic, scuffs, or paint changes) *Glitter, Confetti, or Paint Cleanup Fee: $250 (applies if such materials are used) *Heavy Set Build & Breakdown Cleaning Fee: $200+ (for excessive mess or large setups) IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO: A mandatory repainting fee applies for cyc wall usage; select it during booking or arrange it onsite. Equipment rentals are available separately—request the updated equipment rental list. LIABILITY NOTICE: Clients must carry their general liability insurance. The studio is not responsible for medical incidents, damage to property, or vehicles/equipment left on-site. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: *Referral Discount: You can get 15% off your next booking when you refer a new client who completes a paid session. *First-Time Client Discount: New clients receive $50 off their first booking (minimum 4-hour booking required). *Example of Promo Application (Valid for 30 Days): First-Time Client Discount: If a first-time client books a 4-hour session at $60/hr = $240, they receive $50 off, reducing the total to $190. Referral Discount (15% Off): If an existing client refers a new client who completes a booking, they receive 15% off their next session. The discount must be used within 30 days of the referred client’s completed booking. Example: If the referring client books a 6-hour session at $75/hr = $450, they save $67.50, paying $382.50 instead. Discount Rules: Promo discounts do not stack with 4-hour (5% off) or 8-hour (10% off) discounts. The highest applicable discount is applied automatically to ensure the best savings for the client. PROMO TERMS & CONDITIONS (WAIVER): Promotional discounts cannot be combined with standard 5-hour (5% off) or 8-hour (10% off) discounts. If both are eligible, the more significant** discount applies automatically.** The Referral Discount applies only after the referred client completes their first booking. No one is allowed to touch it without the managers' permission. If you don't follow this rule and damage the robot, equipment, or studio, the studio owners will compensate you over $100000. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential losses, nor for any vehicles, equipment, or property brought to or left on the premises. We are also not responsible for medical accidents that happen during the shoot. You should have your general liability to cover situations like that.
