Health and Safety Measures
The cleaning fee is included, but guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as it was when they arrived. Any additional standard cleaning (which includes, picking up trash, food, and tidying up) by Host will be billed at $50.00. Any extraordinary cleaning outside of what is standard as defined above, will be billed at an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour. Any damages to the furniture, walls, floors and space will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
