About the Space
Custom Chappaquiddick contemporary, with separate guest house, nestled on three wooded acres. Located far enough from the main road to be quiet and relaxing but convenient to the Chappy Ferry and Chappaquiddick Community Center. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are separated from the two master king suites, by an extra sitting area. Each room has access to the expansive decks. The second floor loft provides a place to play games as well as additional sleeping space. Just across the full length back deck, is the two bedroom guest house with its own bathroom. Enjoy one of the two outdoor showers after a day at the beach. Take a hike on the neighboring Sheriff's Meadow trail. This vacation gem offers something for everyone.
