This home is also a great space to rent for a celebration, watch party or small gathering. The first level features an entryway, hallway, garage access, laundry, den and office/guest room space, as well as access to the backyard and a full bathroom. The second level features the kitchen, light-bathed breakfast nook, open dining and living room (with non-functional fireplace) and office or studio area with big windows. The third level features the master suite with a beautiful jacuzzi style tub and big window and two additional rooms with a full bathroom. A cloth photo backdrop is also available upon request with white, black, and green screen back drops. For product photography, photo panels, styrofoam prop platforms, small mirrors, and other props are available.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
