The home was built in 1902 has a surrounding yard, it has a beautiful yard. Every room in the home is very open with big windows with natural light, open concept. Has a basement included. The surrounding neighborhood is a lot of town homes, and there is a massive park just about 5-10 minute drive away and the downtown life is just a walk away. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
