Welcome to our spacious, beautiful daylight studio! PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW: All Listings: https://www.peerspace.com/profiles/5ac429016e66980c0021b539 +We're a short walk from the Grand stop on the L train +We are on the ground/street level +Parking is limited during the week, so please arrive early +We have 40 feet of huge windows w/blackout curtains +All of our lighting equipment is FREE +We have an emerald green sofa and many chairs +We are a contactless facility, we provide door codes + we message back fast here +Each pull (5 feet for posing ) of backdrops is $20 *Please pre-pay for seamless paper. We may add on $5 to each booking if you use seamless and don’t tell us after your booking ends * +We have 20 colors of backdrops at all times +You can use our c-stands w/extended arms to put up the paper +Let us know in advance if you want a specific color +Overtime is TIME AND A HALF, so please reserve enough time +We have mini splits for AC/heat; use the remotes +No smoking, glitter or confetti We have two other spaces in the area! - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
