About the Space
PLEASE READ OUR RULES FIRST Welcome to our space! We offer a 40-foot long set of huge windows on the ground floor of a beautiful building in East Williamsburg, about 5 minutes from the Grand stop on the L train. We offer 40 folding chairs and 4 folding tables for RENTAL (in the add-on section) that you can arrange along with the plants for your event. We ask that you book your event including set-up and clean-up. Happy to do a contactless check-in!

We clean the bathroom daily and wipe down doorknobs throughout the day. Contactless check-in is available, please inquire!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
