About the Space
With camera and audio equipment for 2 subjects, the space is best used for podcasting. We provide an audio engineer and someone to operate the camera and lighting, so all you have to do is show up and pod! If you have your own gear and crew that's fine with us too. It is also ideal for photography, other audio/video projects, and small conferences/meetings.

Aside from guests that rent the space, there is only ever 1 person using it day to day. The space is thoroughly cleaned and dissinfected daily and after every use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
