About the Space
This high-floor sprawling patio is large enough to fit 30 guests: it has been designed for entertaining. There is a small interior room with kitchenette, couch, and private bathroom. Oversized windows equipped with remote-operated shades allow natural light to flood into the living space. The private outdoor patio with unobstructed views of the Empire State Building, Long Island City, Astoria, and Manhattan’s Upper East Side, has room enough to fit thirty of your closest friends. The patio is just shy of 500 square feet and the interior space is 250 square feet.

Yianni was very accommodating and helpful with all my questions and needs in using this space for my friend's baby shower. All my guests had a great time and loved the views! The umbrella outside was very much appreciated and the AC worked well on the hot day we had for our event. All of the hotel staff was all very nice too from the gentleman who greeted us to the cleaning staff to Yianni and his father even! The only hiccup was the elevator stopped working at the end so we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs (and back up a couple times to get more items we had brought). They did offer to help but we managed ourselves. Luckily it happened at the end of the party!
