Designed with photographers, content creators, and small production teams in mind, this space blends style and functionality to help you bring your vision to life. Open-Concept Layout: A bright, flexible main studio area perfect for photoshoots, video production, and creative projects. Natural Light + Controlled Lighting: Large storefront windows provide natural light, with optional privacy barriers to control visibility and light spill. Professional Setup: Equipped with studio lighting, seamless backdrops (white + black included), and props to enhance your session. Comfortable Amenities: Reception area, seating, WiFi, climate control, and speakers. Creative Freedom: Furniture and props can be rearranged to fit your concept, with staff available to assist as needed. Whether you’re booking for portraits, product shoots, interviews, or small events, our space is designed to be versatile, private, and production-ready.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe, professional, and comfortable experience for every guest. Pre-Session Cleaning: The studio is cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, and props. Post-Session Reset: After every session, we reset the space — wiping down equipment, sanitizing seating areas, and replacing any used linens or backdrops. Deep Cleaning: A full deep-clean of the studio is performed on a regular schedule to maintain a pristine environment. Guest Responsibility: Guests are asked to remove all personal items and dispose of trash at the end of their session so the next booking can start on time in a clean space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
