Remote and tranquil, yet centrally located for Manchester, Liverpool, Fylde Coast and The Lake District. Accessible. We are wheelchair friendly with ramp access, wide doors, level throughout. We can also offer mobility aids such as hoist, shower chair, commode shower chair, toilet frame, profile bed. New build which is being nominated for a Build Excellence Award 2022. Unique accommodation where we have designed and built the property. There are two properties available, allowing for two separate meetings or one meeting accommodating guests across two properties. Very spacious throughout.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
