Luxe Studio is situated in the heart of Waterloo in a split level building. Ideal location for anyone wanting to shoot both studio and location, as there are numerous amazing spots around the building for location shoots. The studio has air conditioning for the comfort of our clients, large windows with natural light, block out shades for studio lighting, kitchen facilities, meeting room, coffee machine, private parking, wall mounted TV, WIFI and cafes, restaurants and bars right at your door step. The studio offers several backdrops and all necessary lighting as an added option. Lighting cost 90 per light / per half day.

Space is cleaned thoroughly between uses. We ask that all guests ensure they are cleaning the space after their use - if the space is left dirty a cleaning fee of $100 will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
