Located on the 1st floor, the Market Street Classroom is a versatile space designed to accommodate a variety of meeting and learning needs. With a maximum capacity of 50 people, this room offers flexible seating arrangements to suit different purposes: - Classroom style: 34 seats - U-shape arrangement: 20 seats - Presentation style (no desks): 50 seats The room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including: - Dual projection displays - Apple Airplay and HDMI kit for Mac/PC compatibility - Large TV - Optional whiteboard - Dedicated sound system - Owl Video Conferencing system (available upon request) For connectivity and comfort, the space provides: - High-speed WiFi - Coffee service add on available The default setup accommodates 34 people in a classroom style. Guests are welcome to rearrange the room for different configurations, with the expectation that they reset it upon completion. It's recommended to allow 30 minutes for setup and teardown on either end of your booking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We are dedicated to keeping all of our guests and members safe and healthy!  Sanitizing stations and signage will be placed throughout the spaces to remind you to keep those hands cleans.  Cleaning and disinfection will be done nightly by our Story Facilities Team. We ask that you continue to be awesome and stay home if you are feeling sick!

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
