Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are dedicated to keeping all of our guests and members safe and healthy! Sanitizing stations and signage will be placed throughout the spaces to remind you to keep those hands cleans. Cleaning and disinfection will be done nightly by our Story Facilities Team. We ask that you continue to be awesome and stay home if you are feeling sick!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Parking description

Parking: There is a parking lot that L shapes the entire building holding about 50 parking spaces as well as plenty of non-metered street parking. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 502-709-7099

General Rules

-Now onto a little bit of housekeeping: Whatever you bring out, make sure you put it back! If furniture was one way when you first got into a room and you wanted to move it around, that is completely fine. Just remember to return it the way it was! Bathroom and kitchen are open access! We have coffee and Kombucha! Make yourself at home!! We also recommend that you utilize our phone booths for any conference calls. The coworking space is a workspace for all and we encourage mindfulness toward others. If the phone booth on the first floor is taken, talk to the Story team member on staff and they can place you in our podcast studio or take you to the 2nd floor to use a different phone booth. -Guest policies: Guests are not included in the day pass price. Any guests will have to purchase additional day passes to use the facility. THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT -Meeting room policies: We do not include meeting rooms with day pass access. If you’d like to use a meeting room, talk to a Story team member and they can let you know the price and get you taken care of. Bathrooms: Restrooms are located through the double doors through the kitchen. There are 8 additional restrooms on the second floor. Ask the front desk if you need access.

Security cameras and recording devices

To ensure safety of our cowering space, we have cameras placed at entry and exit points of the location.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
