About Element 7 Productions
Located in the Bothell/Seattle area, this 1100 sq foot space includes a full 24 ft. W X 23 ft. L X 20 ft. H studio with a white CYC wall, and a relaxed client lounge with available video routing for guests to see what is being shot. Our studio space is great for photography sessions, tabletop photo & video, panel discussions, interviews, music videos, and live streaming. The studio has a warm, comfortable atmosphere with a SONOS sound system, plenty of seating, and amenities for clients like our complimentary snack bar & espresso machine. And if you're looking for a larger get-together or production, more space is available upstairs as an add-on. For rentals over 5 hours, we will re-paint the studio's floor free of charge for the cleanest studio look. If you're renting for below 5 hours, we're more than happy to offer this service as one of our add-ons (more information below). Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters

The space was great and the staff was quick to solve problems! Broadcasting our studio feed to multiple TVS throughout the space was easy through their built-in SDI system and the separate AC units throughout the different rooms were super helpful. We'll definitely be back again!

I used this space for photos. Plenty of wall outlets for my lights. Staff showed me around and was very kind. Refreshments in the fridge. Everthing professional. Would rent from again.

This is a great studio that's perfect for interviews. Working with the team was wonderful, and they had rental gear available as well. Looking forward to renting this space again in the future!
