Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

In between sessions, a cleaner comes in to disinfect the space properly. Masks available for an additional fee.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

located in the Bothell/Seattle area, includes a full 40ft. white CYC wall, relaxed client environment, and fully connected multicam monitoring. Our studio space is great for: photography sessions, tabletop photo & video, panel discussions, interviews, music videos and live streaming. The studio has a warm, comfortable atmosphere with a SONOS sound system, plenty of seating including room for hair and makeup sessions, and amenities for clients like our complimentary snack bar & espresso machine. Parking description

There is a parking lot with around 30 spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is not any parking available, there is free street parking located across the street.

General Rules

-Renter must present a COI to Element 7 before approval is given. If renter does not have insurance, options are available for short-term purchase. - No smoking in the building. - Outside catering is allowed & available next door from Fittrax (fittraxmeals.com) - No alcohol if minors are present. Renter must have a permit or permission from Element 7 to serve alcohol on site.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras that record video and audio that run 24/7 in the lounge area and the space itself.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
