Safe Sets International COVID-19 CERTIFICATE Level A Our bright mid-century modern beach town bungalow is located in the heart of Venice Beach, walking distance to both Abbott Kinney and Lincoln Blvd. Inside you'll find 1,150 square feet of recently renovated space for productions in need of a modern, relaxed aesthetic with mid-century modern and Scandinavian accents. Enjoy an immense amount of natural light, a bright all-white kitchen island / counter tops with sleek wood kitchen cabinet. Includes a modern glass dining room table that seats six and a well designed living room, office, three bedrooms and gold accented bathroom with rainfall shower. Bedrooms have clean lines, queen beds, and rattan carpet. Bathroom includes gold accents throughout along with rainfall shower. The front patio (not photographed yet) will include gas fire pit, outdoor seating and a garden wall for privacy, the perfect plate for a cute outdoor shoot. The entire home has neutral wood plank floors. We provide many amenities to make your shoot as fluid as possible. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
