About the Space
Have your next creative project in this very large backyard and garden (about 1/3 acre) in a quiet neighborhood in the hills of Studio City. The rustic bohemian yard has many colorful backdrops — flowers, fruit trees, shrubs and shade trees. There is a beautiful view of the surrounding hills from the backyard. The exterior of the mid-century ranch house can be filmed. The rental is for the outdoor space only and also includes a bedroom and bathroom that you can use as a wardrobe/makeup/hairstyling space. There is a full-length mirror in the bedroom. A small refrigerator on the covered patio is available for your use. Available for: • Photo/Film Shoots/Music Videos • Content Creation/Vlogging/Blogging/YouTube/Instagram/TikTok • Podcasts/Interviews • Movies/Films/Television Note: This space has a 4-hour minimum booking. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wow!! MaryEllen and her partner Scott (I am so bad with names I hope thats right!!) were SO unbelievably nice. They were beyond friendly and accommodating, and made us feel right at home. The space itself is so beautiful, it seemed even bigger and prettier in person. We were short on time and they were able to accommodate a last minute extension. I would absolutely recommend if you need an outdoor space to shoot in, or just to take a dip in the pool with some lovely hosts to greet you!

The yard was perfect and beautifully manicured! There were so many different areas that could be used for photos! MaryEllen and Scott were also amazing hosts. They were readily available if we needed anything. If you're looking for an outdoor location with a lot of greenery and plant variety, I highly recommend this space.
