This 2,000 sq ft loft is in the city center, River Market area, near parks, art and culture, restaurants, bars, and the new Street Car (free). Enjoy this stunning loft's ambience, neighborhood, and the market on the weekends! The loft is great for photography shoots of crews up to 8 people. You'll be welcomed with brick accents and unique art elements throughout that can be utilized in your shoot. The loft has a modern new kitchen, hard wood floors throughout, new furniture, and comes fully furnished with linens and towels. Fully equipped with wifi, Netflix and Pandora on main TV. *We are located above a bakery on the second floor with one flight of stairs to take you to the main floor of the loft. *Due to some noise, we don't recommend videos or filming that are sound dependent, which is why we're perfect for photography, blogging, and other content creation. Loft is in the best part of town, central to everything, middle of the River Market, one block from the City Market, and the KC Street Car which is free. It is within minutes by foot, street car, or even bicycle, to the Downtown are which includes the T-Mobile Center, Kauffman Center, Crossroads, Power and Light district, ect. Plaza and Westport are less than 10 minutes away. You can't beat the location! Lastly the rental is self-catering. We provide linens (1 set per bed), bath towel and washcloth (1 set per person), and kitchen linens for your booking. There is a washer and dryer available for use if needed. We provide initial supply of paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (2 full rolls per bathroom), dish detergent and laundry detergent. If you run out of these items during your booking, you will need to purchase more.
