About the Space
Located in the heart of Rockland, we are located in Garnerville Industrial Arts Center. In a nice neighborhood the Garnerville Industrial Arts Center has been around for decades and was originally used to make uniforms for the Civil War in the 1860's. The complex now has 10 buildings used for art and office needs. Our space is 2,0000 sqft with two recording studios and one photography studio. Our goal is to offer a good vibes, great quality and a memorable experience that will make you want to book with us again.

Due to Covid 19 we make an effort to separate the time between bookings. This allows staff to sanitize and clean equipment and furniture for the next booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
