The space has great natural light. It is a full home that has a gorgeous living room/dining room area. This area includes a fireplace that cannot be lit, but is great for photos. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops perfect for those wanting to create kitchen content. Downstairs features a private office with and large family room. These areas are perfect for content creation. There is a ring light and a grass wall that features a neon sign (neon sign reads, "It was all a dream"). The possibilities with this space are endless. This home has 2 driveways. One driveway has a carport. Driveways can easily accommodate 7-8 vehicles. No street parking.

Health and Safety Measures
Health and safety are important! We take cleaning our property seriously. The property is cleaned between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
