About the Space

1960s ranch style house on a half acre. House has a big open floor plan with lots of eclectic touches and tons of natural light - perfect for photo shoots, filming or events! The home boasts an open kitchen, dining and living room area with original windows and floors. A large outdoor deck runs the length of the house with both a dining table and outdoor lounge chairs. The home backs up to a wooded area with a creek and has plenty of space for outdoor activities. The available areas include: * Living room with couch, vintage fireplace, and wall mounted screen * Corner desk with additional monitor * Full open kitchen with built-in bar seating for 5 * Indoor dining table for 6 * Outdoor dining table for 10 * Patio with 2 outdoor lounge chairs and side table * Bathroom with double sinks, funky tile, red lighting, and clawfoot tub * Tree house Add ons: * Access to dressing room with clothing rack (optional) * Access to bedroom (optional) * Coffee/tea/pastry service Please ask me any questions on how I may be able to accommodate your group. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Stephanie was a fantastic host and her space was beautiful. My team had an activity and dinner and we had a wonderful time using her space. We needed additional time added and she was able to accommodate right away! Definitely looking forward to using this space again.
