Modern Home with Stunning Kitchen

Our home features an open floor plan kitchen, living and dining area. It has a modern designer kitchen with a unique back-painted glass backsplash. The kitchen also features a large island (4.5x7 feet) , stainless steel appliances and an induction cooktop. The space is great for lifestyle, food or product photo or video shoots. The dining area features a beautiful custom made round walnut top dining table with room for 4-5 people and built-in bench seating. The living area is furnished with modern furniture and has a gas fireplace that provides great ambiance. The sofa is fairly light weight and can easily be moved around to face in a different direction. There are two modern bathrooms which both have skylights providing great diffused lighting. The outdoor area has built-in seating and the grey concrete wall provides a great backdrop along with lots of plants. There is also an office, a kids' bedroom with a custom made bunk bed and a master bedroom available for shoots. These three rooms all have south facing windows and do get a bit of direct sun. The kids' room only has one window which is set back from the back of the house so it doesn't get as much natural light. All the windows in the home have white shades that will diffuse the natural light. All the rooms have recessed led ceiling lights that can be dimmed, except the bathroom lights that do not dim. The space is great for product, lifestyle, and family photo shoots.
