About the Space

Beautiful vintage space. Barn style windows which allow lots of sunlight. Living room, kitchen, and bathroom make for great vintage scenes, videos or photo shoots. This space has served as a movie set for many years. I encourage creativity within this home. Have fun and please respect the space .

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Space is larger than advertised! From the kitchen to the two living spaces, and bathroom as well... there's a lot of sections in the home where you can set up a shoot. What I also loved about the space is also the amount of props and resources that are already included like kitchen supplies, record player, records, books, plants, and bookshelves. A lot of positives about the space, as well as the host being super communicative and helpful. One note I have is just that it maybe a little dusty, so bring proper windex and paper towels in case. However this is something I noted to the host, so I'm sure he's accommodating to that now.

Yes, I would book again.

Space is larger than advertised! From the kitchen to the two living spaces, and bathroom as well... there's a lot of sections in the home where you can set up a shoot. What I also loved about the space is also the amount of props and resources that are already included like kitchen supplies, record player, records, books, plants, and bookshelves. Yes, I would book again.

This space was spectacular, my favorite part was all of the natural light that reflected throughout the entire space. The home is MUCH bigger than it looked online. We had a crew of 5 that fit comfortably. The host is very responsive and accommodating!! The parking is not terrible - we had 3 separate cars and found parking … but it’s typical street parking in LA, I suggest carpooling if possible. Not entirely necessary. I’ve already decided I will book this space again and send to my other artist friends!!!

This space was spectacular, my favorite part was all of the natural light that reflected throughout the entire space. The home is MUCH bigger than it looked online.
