Windows in each room. Curtains on windows at present, can add black out curtains as needed. Back of house brightest in the morning, front of house brightest late afternoon

Ground Floor

• Only approved guests are allowed. • Only pre-approved pets are allowed. • While we are a kid and family friendly property, the property is not child proof. It is your responsibility to watch your child and make needed adjustments to toys/furniture, etc. within their reach for their safety. • You are responsible for supervising children on any play equipment, bunk beds, etc. • If staying with a pre-approved pet, please note: the yard has a fence, but it is partially a picket fence that is easy for most pets to get through. You are fully responsible for the supervision of your pet at all times. • All pet stays are in full agreement with the provided additional pet policies. • No smoking is allowed on this property. • No parties or events (without prior approval). • Be mindful of noise past 10 PM. • Alert us immediately if anything breaks or needs repair. • Please clean up any spills, etc. Cleaning supplies are in the laundry room as needed. • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
