Scandi Style Modern A-Frame Cabin on the Lake

We designed our lakefront A-frame cabin to provide the perfect relaxing getaway. Take in sunrises over the lake while you sip coffee on the large deck or drink hot cocoa by the fire pit. During warmer months, enjoy swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding off the private dock. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and begs to be cooked in. Curated with a mix of new and vintage, the space was designed to function for couples or groups. Located less than 10 minutes off the highway, the property is quite convenient to access. The kitchen is fully equipped with a chef in mind. Enjoy a thick quartz waterfall island and custom cabinets stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, and oils. Multiple choices for making coffee are available (Keurig duo, Chemex pour-over system, and French press). There are three bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The bedrooms each have hanging space, window coverings, and lamps for reading at night. While there are blackout curtains in the two downstairs bedrooms, each room has at least one skylight for welcoming plenty of sunshine. The master bedroom is located upstairs with a private bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom also features a loft area that makes a cozy reading nook. Please use caution while gaining access to the loft via the ladder and climb at your own risk. Just outside the master bedroom is a landing area with a vintage chair made for relaxing and enjoying a book while looking out the double-story windows. The largest bedroom on the main level has a desk and chair for a dedicated workspace. Our wifi fully supports working from home and streaming services. The living room features multiple seating options with a beautiful view through a large wall of windows. The house has electric heating and cooling, and the wood stove is available for experienced guests as requested. We have a 65” smartTV but do not have cable. Off the main living area is a large balcony with a dining area and propane grill. From the deck, walk down to the outdoor fire pit. There is plenty of wood on the property for the fire pit. Head down the private dock for water activities and picnics. We have a tandem kayak (that can be converted to a single) and two paddleboards available for exploring the lake; please understand these are to be used at your own risk. We have plenty of space on the side of our dock to tie up a boat. The walk down to the dock is quite steep, so please use caution.
