- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

It was an amazing experience! It's a beautiful spot with so much space for everyone. Shawn and Tyler were super helpful and everyone had a great time. We hosted a baby shower with 30 people and it was perfect. Highly recommend booking this!

Our family held a celebration of life for my brother at this location and we couldn't have picked a better place. Our host Shawn was attentive and very kind. Anything we needed he helped with. Our guests complemented the space and the intimate environment. We would recommend this space for any type occasion. The space was perfect for our Kentucky Derby themed birthday brunch! We were able to cater our own food and the bar area was available for a great beer and wine selection.

This space worked so well for our celebration. We set up a brunch, had tacos catered in and it was cheerful and easy to mingle and enjoy. Shawn was helpful and friendly. Everything went so smoothly. My guests were all wanting to know how we found this space. I will definitely recommend to friends.

We used this space on a Monday for a team outing. There was ample room for us to eat, play our games, and have an overall good time. Sean was a fantastic help and answered all my questions promptly. The price was just right. I think we'll be using this space again! Highly recommend.
