Located in famous Malibu California 1460' feet above sea level I am offereing our massive 20 + acre mountainside and valley with over 18 locations featuring: Ocean Views, Raw Land, Dirt Roads, Oak Tree Meadow, Tree Tire Swing, untouched nature and lots of Sky - conceive it, create it shoot it... Sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean to the south, sunrise to the east, sunset skies surround, Catalina Island, canyon hillsides and over 18 eclectic vignettes thoughtfully staged throughout the landscape. The location is "RAW LAND" dirt roads, extensive botanical diversity. Some of the areas and props available to shoot include Mountain Top Plateau with incredible views of the pacific ocean. 1970 Cadillac Convertible, 1960 Mercury Comet, 1989 Ford F250 pick up truck, tool shed, two communal campfire settings, mystical oak grove, a bee apiary, tree swing, and dirt roads throughout the property. This 20+acre property with multiple areas for parking, production, staging, wardrobe, catering and enough Nature and Land to Shoot your next Feature Project or just come and photograph the Birds and other residents. From sunrise to sundown we can offer you a solution for your film, photography and video needs.. Best to call and discuss for a custom quote. You are able to build create sets for individual scenes here on location there is no available power or toilets included, this is RAW LAND. The Lookout ranch is a secret gem! This is Raw Malibu at its finest. The Location setups were spectacular and Franco was the best host any production could ask for. He had his staff on hand for any issues that arose and was constantly checking in to see how we were during a very long and involved photoshoot. Highly recommend Franco and the Lookout Ranch hands down!
