About the Space
Great house for entertaining, parties or a small gathering. This estate house is know for the bright window lighting, simple decor and open feel. You will find abundant ambiance window light + recessed lighting, light fixtures, light wood flooring and neutral colors throughout. Our space is versatile with access to a Large Living room downstairs, small gym and office + 4 bedroom upstairs with spacious kitchen and dining areas. Colors inside the house are white + earth tones. Front yard is manicured with white flowers and grass year round. Great for photo/video shots of outside house. House is great for entertaining outside as well with an outdoor dining table, couch styling patio seating, large grass area, hot tub + gorgeous pool with waterfall. Ideally it would serve a small gathering of people, We would love to host you! Also have two old cars you can use for photo shoots.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
