This small conference room is perfect for groups of up to 14 people. It is often used for team meetings, interviews, calls, etc. There is a TV screen, whiteboard, conference phone. This room is within our Co-Working facility and the common areas can be used and we also offer drinks such as coffee and tea.

General Rules
Basic COVID protocols apply. No smoking on premises. No pets allowed. Overnight cleaning is included for our members so the space is impeccably clean at all times. We expect common courtesy for all members and guests in our community

Our space is monitored and secured with video surveillance in and outside of our suites.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our location is an upscale office environment which contracts with a daily professional cleaning service in all of our spaces regardless if they have been booked or not. It is our upmost concern to provide safe and sanitary conditions to all of our patrons.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
