Thank you for booking with us! Your booking indicates your full agreement to the following Peerspace Host Rules: The timeframe you book includes SETUP and TEAR DOWN times. SET UP: The gate will be open at your start time and setting up and decorating for your event can take 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how detailed you decorate, and/or any vendors that need to set up as well. TEAR DOWN: Full cleanup and tear down also can easily take 30 minutes to an hour, so your tear down time starts approximately ONE HOUR prior to the end of your booking. If you need to stay past your scheduled check-out time, overtime is charged at 1.5x our hourly rate, per Peerspace policy. • No overly loud music. This is our neighborhood city code's noise ordinance and unfortunately cannot be waivered. • No music with explicit/obscene lyrics allowed. • No smoking of any kind on the property. • One Restroom available, accessed directly from the backyard. • Outdoor catering is allowed. • Guests must provide Peerspace additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Please factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. If there is an excessive mess left behind, we will have to charge you additional cleaning fee. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • Any damages (walls, restroom, cement, grass, grounds, appliances, furniture, etc.) and any property missing will result in additional charges being billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
