This cozy outdoor space is an entertainers oasis with a Mediterranean/Tropical feel. Great for tiki or tropical themed events or parties, intimate weddings, baby or bridal showers, date nights, the possibilities are infinite! Beautiful pool lagoon with a waterfall and jacuzzi. Tropical plants and florals surround the landscape and the backyard is equipped with one outdoor fireplace close to the upgraded BBQ and one grand fireplace and pizza oven located at the side corridor. Also perfect for photoshoots and videography and any other production needs, like music video shoots, underwater photography/videography, portrait photo shoots, promotional shoots, short films, etc. Besides the backyard oasis and side dining area, the front tiled courtyard is gated and hidden from the street. High speed internet is provided at no extra cost, and ample street parking available in the neighborhood. No House Parties. Only Family Friendly events please. No music with explicit lyrics. The outdoor space and indoor guest restroom is professionally cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities, and bookings are spaced out for guest safety.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
